Rachele is a trauma therapist with a foundation in behavioral therapy, and training in EMDR and somatic therapies. Rachele weaves together a combination of cognitive, behavioral, and somatic approaches to help clients process their past and change their experience of the present. She believes in a collaborative approach, and works with clients to build safety, containment and stability. She relies heavily on the power of self compassion, validation, and attachment. She has found that creating a safe therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their experience of themselves can lead to profound healing.
Rachele also places emphasis on examining how societal influences impact our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us. She works with clients to identify the ways their self-perception has been shaped by oppressive systems and societal expectations.

Rachele works with adults and adolescents who struggle with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image concerns, trauma, and dissociation. She enjoys working with folks who identify as neurodivergent, as well as folks who are part of the queer community. She uses warmth, humor, non-judgment and compassion to welcome all aspects of each client into the therapeutic space so that folks can work towards seeing and accepting themselves as they are, while also working towards change, growth and healing.

When she’s not in the therapy room, Rachele can usually be found chasing after her three young children, singing loudly in the car, having impromptu dance parties, making arts and crafts, crocheting, or taking another training in her never-ending quest to learn everything there is to know about the human mind. She enjoys crossword puzzles (mostly on Mondays), walks in the woods, and smashing the patriarchy.
