DBT Skills Group

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based protocol that has been proven to increase mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. The group runs in 8-week modules and takes 6 months to learn all of the skills and gain the most benefit.

If you are 18+ and relate to any of the following, we warmly welcome you to join:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions or struggling to regulate emotional reactions

  • Experiencing ongoing anxiety or depression that’s hard to manage alone

  • Difficulty communicating needs, setting boundaries, or navigating conflict

  • Struggles in relationships or feeling dissatisfied or disconnected from others

  • Wanting more effective, practical coping skills for stressful situations

  • Feeling stuck in rigid patterns of thinking or behavior and wanting more flexibility

  • Hoping to improve overall quality of life but unsure how to make changes

  • Feeling alone in your experiences and wanting connection, understanding, and support

  • Wanting a structured space to learn and actively practice new skills in real time

We accept BCBS PPO and Aetna. If you plan to pay out of pocket for group, payment will be $35 per group meeting.
