  • Kimberly’s therapeutic orientation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with the integration of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. She believes that positive change occurs when therapy addresses both insight and skill-building, while honoring each client’s emotional and lived experiences. Kimberly takes an integrative, strengths-based, and collaborative approach, working alongside clients to explore patterns, build coping tools, and foster greater self-understanding in the pursuit of healing. She places strong emphasis on viewing individuals holistically (i.e., considering relationships, culture, systems, and identity) and strives to create a compassionate, affirming space that supports growth, resilience, and empowerment.

  • Kimberly's passion and specialty is working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, identity development, emotional regulation, and interpersonal challenges. She is deeply committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care to individuals from vulnerable, disadvantaged, and marginalized communities.

As a proud Vietnamese BIPOC psychologist and first-generation graduate, Kimberly brings an intentional awareness of how systemic stressors, cultural influences, and intersecting identities shape lived experiences and mental health. She warmly welcomes clients of all ages, backgrounds, and identities, and values honoring each person’s unique story as part of the healing process. She’s ready to hear your story!

  • Outside of the therapy room, Kimberly finds joy in sharing laughter and meaningful moments with her family and friends. She is a devoted bunny parent to Mochi and Miso, who bring daily happiness into her life. Kimberly enjoys cooking and baking with her husband, exploring new cafés and restaurants, and spending time outdoors connecting with nature! She believes that balance, curiosity, and connection are essential to overall well-being and that nurturing these parts of life helps support the personal work that happens in therapy.
