Rachele O’Hare is a licensed clinical social worker who uses trauma-informed experiential therapies including EMDR and somatic approaches, as well as CBT and DBT to help clients build safety, self-compassion, and healing within a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Rachele supports adults and adolescents with symptoms related to the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and negative body image, dissociation, and neurodivergence.  She collaborates with clients to examine the effects of societal expectations and systemic oppression on their self-perception, and to move toward a more authentic, embodied existence.
