She primarily treats adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, chronic pain, and career or relationship stressors. Practicing authenticity, humor (when appropriate) and creativity to build and maintain a lasting, therapeutic relationship in a safe and inclusive space.

Susannah is a behavioral therapist with an emphasis on strength-based and client-centered care utilizing a background in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She believes in using these evidence-based modalities and techniques to ensure a holistically supportive foundation for all clients. She works to build and foster a deep, meaningful therapeutic relationship with clients to create a clinically rich, authentic, and safe environment for them.

Susannah works with clients across the lifespan with an emphasis on adults, adolescents, and emerging adults who are navigating school, career, and relationship transitions.
She specializes in anxiety disorders, ADHD, ASD, career anxiety, health anxiety, sleep disorders and women's health.
She has worked in multiple settings providing community crisis support, school-based therapy, and outpatient care.

Outside of work, you will find Susannah walking her sassy dachshund Carter, enjoying stand-up comedy, playing boggle, or checking out antique shops around Chicago. She's a big believer in prioritizing self-care and she also takes time to engage in slow, mindfulness-based movement such as Pilates, yoga or long walks.
