Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment for young children (ages 2-7) and their caregiver(s). This 16-20 week program focuses on improving a child's behaviors, reducing problem behaviors, and strengthening the parent-child relationship. This is one of the most effective interventions for children in this age group who experience emotional or behavioral dysregulation. Our practice is currently offering PCIT virtually only.

We also offer parent training and family therapy for patients, as needed. Please reach out to us if you would like support in parent or family work.

“Real isn’t how you are made… It’s a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real.”
